Bill was born and raised in Barrie, Ontario, just north of Toronto, Canada to a great family. Being the center of a family of 7, he enjoyed the benefits of being a middle child. This afforded him the older influence as well as the opportunity of being an influencer.

Travel has always been a part of Bill's life even before he was married. Marrying Cindy in 1981, and then having two children, Devan in 1982 and Renae in 1985, brought with it the joy of a loving spouse and family, but the pursuit of the knowledge why success was afforded to some yet appeared to elude others was still present. Residing in Canada and now the US, he continues his search for the answers of life, success and happiness.

Bill has an entrepreneurial spirit and has engineered the origins of a number of companies and ideas. He holds a Bachelor degree in Theology, and has spent the last 20 years studying Success and Behavioral Science. He held a formal position as a Minister for 15 years in a variety of cultures, speaking to groups of all sizes and ages.

Bill is committed to seeing lives changed by understanding how they are being impacted by the "Unseen Reality". He is the engineer and president of H2O-4u.net, LLC, overseeing all operations and holdings. His continued study of computer programming and the behavioral sciences have opened doors of insight and opportunity.

If there is one truth that Bill has tried to hold throughout his life, is the fact that "All things are possible – for all people!"

Cindy was also born to a family of 7 in Nova Scotia, Canada. She has always been one of those people you like to have around. She has a gentle, understanding, forgiving spirit that is quick to find the good in everyone.

Her family suffered in life from the loss of their father at an early age, learning to understand what it was like to be raised without a father. This was before the multiple government programs and financial assistance offered in the way it is today. Sickness continued to be part of her family, leading to Cindy also seeing the death of a younger brother, mother and older sister.

Being sick as a child, it was not until later in life she understood what it meant to suffer with Fibromyalgia. Cindy wondered if it may be her lot in life to also suffer, as she continued to require at least 15 to 20 hours of rest daily to ease the pain for the first 40+ years of her life. But that was not to be the case. Cindy chose to be healthy and decided not to identify with the trendy disease that now has a name and a support group.

Cindy is now totally well and does not identify with, nor suffer from any of her prior symptoms. Although she chooses a different role and holds no degrees, her life is a living example of what a change in your thinking will do - if you let it. She is still the same wonderful, cheery person, but now enjoys full, long days of life, the way God intended.
